Parents, children and grandparents victims of international and administrative child abductions

Here you will find out how Germany blatantly and deliberately violates the terms of the Hague Convention

The South African Central Authority was repeatedly warned of the working methods of the German Central Authority, they simply would not believe that the German Regime would deliberately decieve them, that they would deliberately violate the terms of the Hague Convention by stalling proceedings until my son was 16, then would tell them there was nothing more that hey could do. This is exactly what the German Central Authority has so blatantly done. Please read the entire account below and judge for yourself.

if you give the German Central Authority half of a chance they will stall this issue until the child is adult then they will write to us to say the case has been closed because the child is now adult. 14 years of this childs life has been waisted already to delay after delay on the part of the German Regime.

Of great significance are the following letters from the German Central Authority where they firstly state that they are awaiting the judgement of the district court in Wilhelmshaven then they state that the matter has not ben taken to court.

8 June 2009: letter from the German Central authority.

25 June 2009: Email from the German Central Authority

On the 15 July 2009 the German Central Authority proved me to be correct in my  prediction that they would blatantly violate the terms of the Hague Convention: Just click here to read for yourself
